The trust ladder

Joined: email or mobile account with date of birth (18+).

Phone verified: mobile number confirmed by one-time code.

Live verified: a short live selfie video with a random code and instruction, or an automatic liveness check by our verification partner. No ID needed.

Identity verified: government ID (Emirates ID, passport, national ID or driving licence) checked by our verification partner, or by our review team.

Separate badges for licensed professionals, registered businesses and official public figures.

You choose how far to verify. Profile owners choose the minimum level for following, private replies, Inner Circles, group sessions and one-to-one meetings.

Our verification partner

Automatic checks are performed by an independent identity verification provider acting on our behalf. You show your document and selfie to the provider directly. Mobzon.me receives only the result and the verified details listed in the Privacy Policy.

Manual review and deletion

If you choose manual review, your document or video goes to private storage that only you and authorised reviewers can open. Every decision is recorded in an audit log. The file is deleted as soon as the decision is made; if it is never reviewed, it is deleted within 7 days.

Identity confirmation requests

Identity-verified hosts may ask people they are dealing with (for example before a consultation, class or private meeting, or when reviewing a follow or Inner Circle request) to confirm their identity.

You decide whether to share. If you agree, the host sees your verified legal name, that you are 18+, the verification method and date, and a confirmation reference. Documents are never shared.

Hosts must state the reason, may use the confirmation only for that relationship and their records, and must not share it further. Misuse leads to account suspension.

Hosting rules

Paid sessions and private meetings may be offered only by identity-verified hosts.

Misuse

Submitting false documents, using someone else’s face or identity, or misusing identity confirmations leads to permanent account closure and may be reported to the authorities.
