Session & Payment Rules

For hosts

Paid sessions and private meetings may only be offered by identity-verified hosts.

Describe the session honestly, including price, duration, language, format and any rules.

Paid sessions must have a clear cancellation and refund policy.

Deliver what you promise. If you cancel, notify attendees and refund according to your policy.

Do not record attendees unless recording is allowed in the session and attendees have been told in advance.

For attendees

Read the host’s rules and answer their questions honestly. Pay only through the host’s payment or ticket link shown on Mobzon.me. Do not record or redistribute sessions unless the host allows it.

One-to-one meetings

Hosts may require identity verification before accepting private meeting requests. Meetings are not recorded unless both sides agree in writing. Either side may end a meeting at any time and report misconduct. Never share passwords, OTPs or card details.

Identity confirmation

Hosts may ask attendees to confirm their identity through Mobzon.me before a class, consultation or meeting, for security and their records. Attendees choose whether to share; a host may decline a booking if identity is not confirmed. Only verified details are shared, never documents.

Payments in this version

Mobzon.me does not initially collect or hold customer funds. Payments are completed directly between the user and the host or an external ticket or payment provider. Refunds and disputes are handled under the host’s cancellation policy, the provider’s terms and the Terms of Use. Report problems to us so we can act against hosts who break these rules.

Professional services

Medical, legal, financial and similar regulated advice may only be offered by appropriately licensed professionals, within the limits of their licence. Sessions are not an emergency service.
