1. Who we are

Mobzon.me is operated by the operator named at the end of these Terms. By creating an account or using Mobzon.me you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the other policies linked from them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and give your true date of birth. You must give accurate information and keep one personal account. Businesses must be represented by an authorised person.

Some features require a minimum verification level set by the platform or by the profile owner (phone, live or identity verification).

3. Your profile and content

You own the content you post. You give Mobzon.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform for as long as it remains on the platform.

You are responsible for what you post, including claims about your qualifications, products and services.

4. Private reactions and messages

Reactions, notes and replies are visible only to you and the other party, and to our moderation team when content is reported or required by law.

You must not publish, screenshot or forward another person’s private content without their consent.

5. Owner rules

Profile owners may set rules and joining questions for following, Inner Circles, private meetings and group sessions. By sending a request you agree to follow those rules. Owner rules cannot override these Terms or the law.

6. Sessions, payments and third parties

Mobzon.me does not initially collect or hold customer funds. Payments are completed directly between the user and the host or an external ticket or payment provider. Responsibility for delivery, refunds and consumer obligations is governed by the provider’s terms, the host’s published cancellation policy, these Terms and the Session & Payment Rules.

Hosts are solely responsible for the sessions, services and products they offer.

7. Prohibited use

Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, scams, spam, sexual content, illegal goods or services, election manipulation, and attempts to bypass security, rate limits or privacy protections are prohibited.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can appeal a decision by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Mobzon.me is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of hosts, members or third-party providers.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s place of registration, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
